1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an event or purchasing a ticket for All Event Cruises, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings: All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as required at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable expenses. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
3. Guest Capacity
For private events, we can accommodate up to 470 guests for cocktail settings and 250 guests for seated arrangements. Please ensure your guest list complies with these limits.
4. Safety and Conduct
Swimming: For the safety of all guests, swimming off the boat is strictly prohibited.
Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or pose a safety risk. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the vessel.
5. Food and Beverage
Inclusion: Unless specified in your package, food is not included in the ticket price. For private events, food can be purchased separately. Our weekend events at Cruiser Nightclub offer food for purchase.
Alcohol: Guests must comply with our responsible service of alcohol policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed intoxicated.
6. Departure Point
All cruises commence from Queens Wharf terminal and travel along the harbor of Newcastle. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
7. Pets
No pets are allowed on board, with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
8. Liability
All Event Cruises will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except where liability cannot be excluded under the law. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which All Event Cruises operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
